i found this...tell me if u think its good combo.

warrior/elem or elem/warrior

EARTH SHAKER {elite} - All adjacent foes are knocked down. 50% probability of failure with 4 or less Hammer Mastery.

AFTERSHOCK - Nearby enemies are struck for 26-85 damage. Knocked down characters are struck for 10-56 additional damage.

i might try this out...but im not rele sure how effective a warrior (hammer) and an elementalist would be...any opinions?

actually, I think that aftershock with any area of affect knockdown spells is a pretty good combo....but it does have a moderately long recast time. I want to try out whirlwind (does some dmg to all adjacent foes and knocks down attackers) followed by aftershock. Throw in another short cast area of affect spell and you've done 200+ dmg in a little more than 2 secs.

damn...i just thought, that you would need to be warrior primary for this...and it would soak up all ur mana i think, unless u can use the hammer skill even when u have a elementalist primary? can u?? that would make it better because u could have for mana and u could follow it up with a couple more attacks jsut like u said and do 200+ dmg to all foes near u

so can u use warrior as secondary for this technique?

Your primary profession dictates the following:

1) What primary attribute you have (Warrior = Strength, Elementalist = Energy Storage, Necromancer = Soul Reaping, Monk = Divine Favor, Mesmer = Fast Casting)

2) What armor you can use.

3) What runes you can use.

Since Hammer Mastery is not a Primary Attribute, any warrior secondary can most certainly use it.

nah you dont - if you are going to do stuff like that, one ofthe better skills to use is earthquake / whirlwind - you dont need any warrior stuff and it's piles of damage - nice to see fire magic doesnt hold it all :P
